It is the responsibility of the voter to keep his or her address current with the elections office. If your address, name or choice of party affiliation changes be sure that you notify the elections office.
If you have an address change within Flagler County, you may call the elections office at (386) 313-4170 with an address change or you may also complete the reverse side of your Voter Information Card. You may also complete and print a Voter Registration Application with a request for an address change here. The application must be signed and returned to the elections office. You may bring the the completed application to the Supervisor of Elections Office at 1769 E. Moody Blvd, Building 2, Suite 101, Bunnell or if you prefer, you may mail it to us at P.O. Box 901, Bunnell, FL 32110. A new Voter Information Card will be sent to you.
