Amendment 8 Removed From Ballot

Due to the recent decision by the Florida Supreme Court, the proposed Constitutional Amendment entitled, "School Board Term Limits and Duties; Public Schools" will not appear on the ballot in Flagler County. There are 12 remaining proposed amendments on the ballot this year. Read them all here:
