Candidate qualifying information:

  • Candidate petition deadline: December 18, 2020 at 12:00 Noon.
  • Candidate qualifying period:
    Friday, January 15 from 9:00 A.M. until 5:00 P.M.
    Tuesday, January 19 - Friday, January 22, 2021 from 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.
  • Candidates must qualify with their City Clerk.

Prepare now to be Election Ready! Residents of Flagler Beach who are not registered to vote must register by Monday, February 1, 2021 to be eligible to vote in this municipal election. Registering to vote or updating your voter registration is easy, there are many online resources available here on this website. Register to vote or update your voter registration using Florida's Online Voter Registration system. You may also complete the paper Florida Voter Registration Application form and deliver or mail it to the Elections Office.

No early voting will be held for this election. Vote by mail or in person on Election Day.

 

Vote by mail information:

Any registered voter in the City of Flagler Beach may choose to vote by mail. The deadline to request a vote-by-mail ballot is February 20, 2021, at 5:00 p.m. Vote-by-Mail ballots must be received in the Elections Office no later than 7:00 p.m. on Election Day, March 2, 2021. Voters may place a request for a mail ballot by phone, (386) 313-4170 or online: Request a mail ballot.

  • Candidate petition deadline: December 7, 2020 at 12:00 Noon.
  • Candidate qualifying period:
    Tuesday, January 5 - Monday, January 11, 2021 from 10:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. each day.
  • Candidates must qualify with their Town Clerk.
