You may not be registered to vote? This is not Official Election Mail

Voters throughout Flagler County, staff members in the Elections Office and even the Supervisor of Elections Kaiti Lenhart and her husband have received false election mail. This letter states that "records show we may not be registered to vote." The Elections Office has received reports from voters who have received this mailing to their deceased relatives, to their maiden names, to relatives who have never lived at their residential address. These voters are furious.

This direct mail from an out-of-state "nonpartisan" group is clearly using inaccurate information. Unfortunately these type of mailings only erode voter confidence in the electoral process. Don't be fooled! This is not Official Election Mail. You can check the status of your Flagler County voter registration here: My Voter Info

If you have any questions about this mailing or any other questions regarding voter registration, please call the Flagler County Elections Office at (386) 313-4170.
